The Baillie Group's Greene Lumber location is looking for a motivated Diesel Mechanic to join our team in Davenport, NY. What You'll Do
  • Perform maintenance and repairs on company trucks, trailers, and heavy equipment
  • Complete preventative maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on ABS, hydraulics, electrical systems, engines, and transmissions
  • Troubleshoot issues using manufacturer guidelines and diagnostic software
  • Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to high-quality standards
  • Collaborate with drivers and team members to keep operations running smoothly
  • Support general yard and equipment needs as needed

What We're Looking For
  • 1+ year of experience as a diesel mechanic or strong mechanical background
  • Ability to diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems
  • Commitment to safety and quality workmanship
