Key Responsibilities:
·   Operate heavy equipment such as forklifts and treating cylinders (will train).
·   Lift 50 lbs. on a regular basis.
·   Flexibility to rotate between different job centers (including kilns, treating cylinders, stacker equipment)
·   Work well both independently and as part of a team.
·   Learn and master activities necessary to produce high-quality pressure treated lumber products.
·   Process work orders through various stages of production and update LumberTrack program (inventory) as necessary.
·   Operate pressure treating cylinder using lumber treating software. 
·   Loading, unloading and operation of direct-fire Kilns.
·   Trouble-shoot issues during the treating process. 
 
Qualifications:
·   Lumber experience and knowledge.
·   Strong computer skills.
·   Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and external vendors.
·   Problem-solving skills.
·   Ability to adapt to changing priorities.
·   Knowledge of wood treatment processes helpful but not required (we will train).
·   Supervisory experience a plus - we are looking for a candidate with aspirations and ability to grow into a leadership position within the company.

·   Competitive salary: $55,000 - $60,000 earning potential in your first year! 
·   Weekday shift: 4-day work week (after 90-day probationary period).
·   Weekend shifts (after 90-day probationary period and upon completion of training): 
·   3-day work week (12-hour shifts).  
·   4-day work week (10-hour shifts).
·   Benefit package including:
