Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with sawmills, wholesale distributors, and end-use customers across the lumber and timber markets.
  • Source lumber products that meet client specifications for grade, species, volume, and delivery timelines.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, freight logistics, and terms to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends, supply chain shifts, and regional timber dynamics to anticipate opportunities and guide sales strategy.
  • Expand the company's supplier and customer network through proactive outreach and relationship building.
  • Provide accurate and timely reporting of sales activity, inventory needs, and market intelligence.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment, quality control, and problem resolution.

Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of lumber brokerage or related timber industry experience.
