This team partners closely with Technology, Operations, Program, Analytics, and external vendors to deliver scalable, resilient omni-channel fulfillment experiences. This role focuses on Omni Fulfillment and Delivery Experiences, owning highly visible and business-critical capabilities across OMS, Sourcing, EDD, and fulfillment execution. core responsibilities Own the end-to-end product vision, strategy, and a 12-24 month roadmap for omni fulfillment capabilities Translate guest and business problems into clear outcomes, priorities, and success metrics Lead discovery, MVP definition, and delivery across OMS, sourcing, and EDD flows Drive backlog refinement, prioritization, and sequencing while managing dependencies and risk Partner closely with Engineering, Operations, Program, and Analytics teams Measure post-launch success and iterate using data and insights qualifications 5+ years of product management experience delivering complex, cross-functional products Experience in omni-channel fulfillment, OMS, inventory, or supply chain domains Strong product judgment around prioritization, MVPs, and trade-offs Comfort working with technical platforms and data-driven products Ability to communicate clearly with senior and executive stakeholders must haves Acknowledge the presence of choice in every moment and take personal responsibility for your life.

compensation and benefits package lululemon's compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and teamperformance. Thetypical hiring range for this position is from $132,600 - $174,000 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program and subject to program eligibility requirements.
