Job description

Venture Dynamics is seeking skilled Journeyperson Carpenters to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in various carpentry tasks and a strong understanding of construction principles. Pay is based upon experience.
Duties:
- Perform remodeling, framing, and finishing carpentry work
- Read and interpret blueprints to execute projects accurately
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively
- Construct and install drywall, concrete forms, frames, and finishes
- Apply caulking and perform construction painting tasks
Skills:
The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:
- Proficiency in remodeling and blueprint reading
- Experience with drywall installation and finishing
- Proficient in using hand tools and power tools
- Ability to build, form concrete, caulk, frame carpentry, and perform construction painting duties
Additional Responsibilities include:
  1. Chip out and adjust drains in the kitchen floor to get the drains back to square.
  2. Grind down +- 1" of concrete around kitchen sinks.
  3. Saw cut and chip out FRP grates in pool area.
  4. Box out columns and under doors at walk off mats.
  5. Lull operator to remove large items out of Hangar as needed.
  6. Cut face of raised floor platform in Room 1219 for electrical boxes.
  7. Remove all thread rod from T-Line and roof at expansion joint and seal with 925.
  8. Construct temporary steps at exit for safety purposes.
  9. remove small sections of sidewalks

-Must be able to pass a background check and get a DBIDS Badge
