Preventive Maintenance Technician - Lube Truck

ALL Crane Rental of Georgia, Inc.

Austell, GA - 30168

Position Summary

ALL Crane Rental of Georgia, located in Austell is seeking a Preventive Maintenance Technician - Lube Truck to provide off site lubrication, and preventative maintenance work on mobile cranes. This is a full-time, non-exempt position with comprehensive benefits eligible for a Candidate Sign-On Bonus of $300 payable after 100 days of continuous, successful employment.

Essential Functions

  • Performs off site lubrication, service, and preventative maintenance work on mobile cranes
  • Performs minor mechanical field repairs on equipment
  • Conducted inspections to identify maintenance needs and ensure equipment reliability and safety 
  • Change fluids, filters, and lubricants according to manufacturer specifications
  • Maintain accurate service records and assisted with equipment readiness for customer rental
  • Work closely with technicians and management to minimize downtime and maximize fleet
  • Maintain conformity to safety requirements and other regulations
  • Prepare proper documentation of actions taken
  • Other duties as assigned

 Skills and Experience Requirements

  • A CDL with an acceptable MVR is a plus
  • Must be able work safely around moving machinery
  • Able to work in conditions with marked changes in temperature & humidity
  • Strong initiative required; ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision
  • May be asked to perform related work such as crane assembly/disassembly and rigging 
  • Able to lift 50lbs.
