Adult/Geriatric Inpatient Psychiatrist Medical Director โ€“ Lubbock, TX |

We are expanding our clinical team and seeking a compassionate, mission-driven Inpatient Psychiatrist to support adult and geriatric patients in our 32-bed inpatient facility in Lubbock, Texas.

Position Highlights

๐Ÿ“ Location: Lubbock, TX (Onsite)

Setting: 100% Inpatient

Employment: W2 or 1099

Role: Staff Psychiatrist or Medical Director (leadership opportunity)


Compensation & Benefits
  • $300,000-$350,000

Schedule
  • Mondayโ€“Friday | 8:00 AM โ€“ 5:00 PM
  • Call: 1 week on / 3 weeks off
  • Call is phone-based
Clinical Practice
  • 3โ€“5 psychiatric evaluations daily
  • Medication management & crisis stabilization
  • Active collaboration with multidisciplinary team
  • EMR: WellSky
  • Dictation: Dragon / Dictation Cloud
  • Strong support staff including 24/7 nursing and 3 NPs

Requirements
  • Must work onsite in Lubbock
  • Eligible for Texas medical license
  • Experience with adult/geriatric inpatient psychiatry preferred
  • Physician: MD or DO
