Job description

Support the full-time staff of the Office of Spiritual Development by completing professional administrative tasks to enhance and fulfill the department outcomes.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Positive and friendly attitude to those visiting LU Shepherd. Ability to answer phone calls and properly direct calls or questions to the correct staff member. Assist in greeting and assisting guests of LU Shepherd. Support LU Shepherd team/supervisor with daily tasks as needed. Organized and able to manage time effectively. Works effectively as a team member, embracing & fostering LU's mission.

QUALIFICATIONS AND CREDENTIALSEducation and Experience
  • Computer knowledge, including MS Office
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional
  • Works well independently and as a team
ABILITIES AND COMPETENCIES ESSENTIAL TO THE FUNCTION OF THE JOBCommunication and Comprehension

Proof of a valid driver's license, an acceptable DMV record, LU Driving Approval, and liability insurance is required when driving in the performance of the employee's position.
