What is an LTP?

LTPs typically refer to 'Long-Term Planners' or 'Long-Term Projects' depending on the industry or context. In many business or engineering settings, an LTP is responsible for developing and managing strategies that outline goals, resources, and timelines for achieving objectives over an extended period. Their work involves data analysis, forecasting, and coordination with various departments to ensure long-term success. LTPs play a crucial role in guiding organizations toward sustainable growth and adaptability. The specific duties and expectations may vary based on the organization's needs and industry.
