Job Summary

The Warehouse Specialist is a cross-functional team member responsible for performing a variety of warehouse duties, including receiving, stocking, order picking, and inventory auditing. This role requires flexibility, attention to detail, and the ability to rotate between stations to support overall warehouse operations.

Essential Responsibilities
  • Receive and inspect inbound shipments for accuracy and damage.

  • Stock inventory into correct bins or shelf locations using scanners.

  • Pick customer orders accurately and stage for shipping.

  • Perform routine cycle counts and support physical inventory audits.

  • Assist with transfers and replenishment between warehouse zones.

  • Rotate between job functions based on operational needs.

  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment.

  • Follow all company safety and warehouse procedures.

  • Loading and unloading of incoming and outgoing shipments (LTL/Motor Freight Trucks)
