Job Summary: Responsible for servicing gaming floor and offering superior guest service.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Ensures compliance with all Federal and LTBB Tribal regulations.
  • Performs jackpot and fill procedures.
  • Ensures accuracy and completion of paperwork and documentation as it relates to this position.
  • Actively promotes players card usage.
  • Greet all guests and Team Members in a friendly, open manner.
  • Conducts oneself in a positive and professional manner, acting as a role model for all Team Members.
  • Maintain knowledge of all current and upcoming promotions and events at Odawa Casino Resort.
  • Actively participates in housekeeping duties.
  • Assists in the training of new team members.
  • Assists in the general preventative maintenance of gaming machines.
  • Maintains a clear line of communication between team members.
  • Attend all meetings as required.
  • Complete all required training satisfactorily.
  • Maintains strict confidentiality of enterprise information.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Must have at least three (3) months prior experience as a slot attendant.
  • Must be flexible with shifts and days off with the ability to work overtime, weekends, holidays, special events, etc., as needed.
  • Must possess basic math and computer skills.
  • Prior experience using SYNKROS.
  • Must read, write and speak English fluently.
  • Must have basic math skills.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively both written and verbal.
  • Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time.
  • Must be able to repeatedly bend, reach and lift.
  • Must have the ability to be frequently exposed to heat, cold, noise and tobacco smoke.
  • Must be able to repeatedly lift and transport up to twenty-five (25) pounds.
  • You may be required to pass a skills assessment test to determine if you meet the minimum qualifications of the position.
