Terms of Employment
Several LT positions for the 2025-2026 school year at Deer Ridge:
  • Mild Intervention, approximately 11/27/25 - end of school year
  • 4th Grade, approximately 11/13/25 - March 2026
  • 3rd Grade, approximately 1/6/26 - end of school year
  • 3rd Grade, approximately 3/16/26 - end of school year

Purpose
To help students learn subject matter and skills that will contribute to their educational development and maturity.
Qualifications
Certified teacher in the state of Indiana as regulated by the State Certification Department is preferred, but not required. Ability to work in a team environment. Excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills. Experience in the use of computer assisted instruction desirable. Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board may find appropriate and acceptable.
