Job description

As a subject matter expert to pre-sales and pursuit activities,the Associate Proposition Sales Specialist role will focus on all sales (new, cross-sells, up-sells) forour Wealth Management businessin a giventerritorydriving opportunities withinboth existing and new customers. You will lead on deals aligned to specificproducts and customer types as well asserve accounts within a defined territory. The role works in close partnership with internal stakeholdersas well as Senior Regional Proposition Sellers toproactively drive gross sales and revenue.

Role Responsibilities

  • Structure, negotiate and close deals

  • Proactively identify pipeline opportunities

  • Developasales strategy for their territory

  • Deliver customer demonstrationson our suite of Wealth Solutions

Qualifications and Experience Required

  • Strong Wealth Managementunderstanding including a) expert understanding of financial marketsb) strong understanding of customers' business model workflow

  • World class selling skills (identify, develop, & articulate proposition/ consultative selling)

  • Creative thinker and good sales ideation skills

Compensation/Benefits Information:

LSEG is committed to offering competitive Compensation and Benefits. The anticipated base salary for this position is $87,000 - $145,000.Please be aware base salary ranges may vary by geographic location, city and state. In addition to our offered base salary, this role is eligible for our Variable Incentive Compensation plan. Target variable compensation will be commensurate with the posted career stage. Individual salary will be reflective of job related knowledge, skills and equivalent experience. LSEG roles (excluding internships and part-time roles of less than 20 hours per week) are typically eligible for inclusion in our LSEG Benefits program, which includes offerings of: Annual Wellness Allowance, Paid time-off, Medical, Dental, Vision, Flex Spending & Health Savings Options, Prescription Drug plan, 401(K) Savings Plan and Company match. LSEG's Benefits plan also includes basic life insurance, disability benefits, emergency backup dependent care, adoption assistance commuter assistance etc.
