  • The Lead System Architect (LSA) is engaged in all aspects of a project, they design the Pega solution end-to-end.
  • Using a Business Architect's functional design, the LSA creates the technical design, develops the enterprise class structure and reviews infrastructure requirements such as data architecture definitions and data management plans.
  • The LSA leads technical teams, delivers technical guidance and advice, enables team members, and provides knowledge transfer to customer.
  • Be able to analyze and understand as well as create technical designs based on PegaPRPC 7.2 ensuring a high standard of software delivery following SOA and integration architectural practices
  • Collaborate with offshore and onshore designers and developers to prepare effective designs and deliver required functional and non-functional benefits and follow industry best practice.
  • Help to resolve technical issues and mitigate technical risks across the Domain technical portfolio
  • Pega performance analysis and tuning
  • Lead the team to follow best development practices
  • Drive the implementation of CI/CD pipeline for the applications
  • Work with and leads on shore and off shore development teams
  • Pega LSA certification is mandatory
