Brookside Rehab & Nursing Center is seeking an experienced RN or LPN Weekend Nursing Supervisor to provide clinical leadership and ensure exceptional care for our residents. If you're a compassionate nurse who enjoys leading a team and making a difference, we'd love to meet you!

  • Every Other Weekend
  • 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM OR 11:00 AM - 11:00 PM
What You'll Do
As the Weekend Nursing Supervisor, you will serve as the clinical leader for your shift by:
  • Supervising and supporting nursing staff and nursing assistants.
  • Ensuring quality resident care while promoting a positive team environment.
  • Responding to resident needs and clinical concerns in a timely manner.
  • Providing guidance and support to staff throughout the shift.
  • Ensuring compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations.
  • Communicating effectively with physicians, residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
  • Assisting with admissions, discharges, incident follow-up, and clinical documentation as needed.
  • Promoting a culture of teamwork, accountability, and compassionate care.
Qualifications
  • Current Virginia RN or LPN license in good standing.
  • Minimum 1 year of nursing experience required.
  • Previous supervisory, charge nurse, or leadership experience preferred.
  • Strong assessment, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred.
