Job description

PrimeCare Medical is seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at the Chester County Youth Center. The LPN will provide nursing care to youth housed in our Juvenile Detention Center while working collaboratively with the Registered Nurse, physician, and detention staff to promote resident health, safety, and well-being. This is a PRN position for every Wednesday, shift is from 7am - 8:30pm, that may include weekends, and holidays.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing (LPN) program.
  • Current, active Pennsylvania LPN license.
  • Current CPR/BLS certification or ability to obtain after hire.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with adolescents and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
