Premium Program Rate: $33.00 per hour

Requirements for the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Personal Care: 
 
  • Holds an LPN license in good standing from the State of PA. 
  • Experience in Personal Care and Dementia Care is preferred. 
  • Ability to work well with people and show enthusiasm and motivation. 
  • Self-directed and able to set priorities; excellent time management skills.
