Everstead Health and Rehabilitation Center – Russellville, AL
Full-Time or PRN | Skilled Nursing / Long-Term Care

Everstead Health and Rehabilitation Center is seeking compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our growing team in Russellville, Alabama. In this role, you will provide direct resident care, administer medications, and support our clinical team in delivering high-quality care in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility.


LPN Requirements
  • Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Alabama
  • Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehab preferred
  • Strong clinical and assessment skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Ability to prioritize and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to work weekends and holidays as needed

LPN Responsibilities
  • Provide direct nursing care according to individualized care plans
