Position: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Location: Palm Beach, Florida
Shifts: All Shifts Available
Pay Rate: Up to $32/hour

About the Role:
Palm Beach Nursing is seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will collaborate with the Director of Nursing (DON) and Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to deliver exceptional care to our residents in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer medications and treatments in accordance with facility policies and state regulations.

  • Order prescribed medications, supplies, and equipment as needed.

  • Implement and follow individualized care plans tailored to each resident's needs.

  • Perform clinical duties including wound care, treatments, and procedures.

  • Accurately document observations, interventions, and resident evaluations.

  • Uphold confidentiality and respect for residents, families, and staff in line with HIPAA policies.

Qualifications:

  • Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the State of Florida.

  • Experience in a skilled nursing setting is preferred.
