What does a travel LPN do?

A travel LPN, known as a travel LVN in California and Texas, is a licensed practical nurse that either travels to visit patients in their homes or takes a temporary assignment when hospitals, long term care facilities, nursing facilities, or other types of medical facilities are short-staffed. Your duties and responsibilities are to provide patient care and assist other nursing staff and physicians with anything that they might need.
