We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team of superstars. LPN provide direct nursing care to our residents, work alongside a collaborative team, and help ensure that our residents receive the highest quality of care in a safe and supportive environment.

Qualifications for Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN):

  • Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
  • Compassionate, patient-focused, and committed to providing high-quality care.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain accurate records and handle sensitive information confidentially.

Responsibilities of Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN):

  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Monitor and document residents' health conditions, including vital signs, symptoms, and responses to treatments.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of individualized care plans.
  • Provide nursing care for residents, including wound care, catheter care, and assistance with daily living activities.
  • Collaborate with physicians, RNs, and other healthcare team members to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care.
  • Educate residents and their families about health management and procedures.
  • Ensure that all care is delivered in accordance with regulatory and facility guidelines.
  • Respond to emergencies and provide critical care when necessary.
  • Assist with training and supervising nursing assistants (CNA).
