Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Aspen Healthcare is seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality care to our residents. The LPN will work closely with our nursing team to support daily care, administer treatments, and ensure the health and well-being of each resident.

Shift Availability: 7am to 3pm, 3pm to 11pm,  11pm to 7am

LPN Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans

  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

  • Monitor residents’ health, report changes, and document care accurately

  • Assist with assessments and contribute to care planning

  • Support residents with daily living activities while promoting dignity and independence

  • Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and healthcare team members

  • Ensure compliance with facility policies and state/federal regulations


LPN Qualifications:

  • Current and valid LPN license

  • Strong clinical and communication skills

  • Compassionate, reliable, and team-oriented

  • Long-term care or rehabilitation experience preferred (but not required)
