The successful candidate will have experience working with geriatrics and long-term care, as well as a passion for providing compassionate and attentive care.

Day Shift Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN): 6:00am - 6:30pm


Night Shift Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN): 6:00pm - 6:30am

Responsibilities For Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

  • Deliver compassionate, safe, and effective nursing care based on individualized care plans.

  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.

  • Monitor patient/resident conditions and report changes to the supervising nurse or physician.

  • Document all care and observations accurately and timely in accordance with regulations.

  • Assist with wound care, catheter care, tube feedings, and other clinical procedures. Supervise nursing assistants and ensure care standards are upheld.

  • Participate in care planning, team meetings, and shift reports.

  • Support residents’ dignity and well-being through person-centered care.

Requirements For Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

  • Current, valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the State of Ohio (Required)

  • Current valid hands on CPR Certification

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
