Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Corvallis Manor & Rehabilitation Center is proud to be rated 4-Stars in Quality of Resident Care and is part of the Volare Health portfolio which consists of long-term care skilled nursing and short-term rehabilitation centers located in multiple states. We welcome both newly licensed and experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to join our compassionate and supportive team.

Openings:

LPN 6am to 6 pm Thurs-Sat

LPN 6am to 6pm Weds AND med pass 2-10pm Thursday to Saturday

LPN MED PASS 2pm - 10 pm Sun-Wed

LPN NOC SHIFT 6pm to 6am Wed and every other Friday

Qualifications:

  • Current license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse in practicing state.
  • Ability to assess residents' needs.
  • Skilled in developing individual care plans for patients.
  • Supervision of Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and other personnel in the delivery of nursing care
  • A passion for making a difference in the lives of others.
  • Ability to follow state and Federal rules and regulations which govern the practices within the facility.
