Sign-On Bonus:
$5,000 for Full-Time
$2,500 for Part-Time

Weekend Shift Differential:
$6.00 per hour for all weekend shifts

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Shifts Available:
Full-Time, Part-Time & Per Diem Evening Shift: 3:00 P.M. – 11:00 P.M.
Per Diem Night Shift: 11:00 P.M. – 7:00 A.M.Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver compassionate nursing care under the supervision of an RN or physician.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and timely.
• Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes promptly.
• Collaborate with the care team to support individualized resident plans.
• Promote a positive, team-oriented environment.

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Qualifications:

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the State of New Hampshire (required).
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.
• A commitment to providing high-quality, person-centered care.
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred, but not required.
