Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide basic nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or physician. The LPN will play a key role in supporting patient health and comfort in a variety of healthcare settings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and record vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, and temperature

  • Administer medications and injections as prescribed

  • Assist with wound care and dressing changes

  • Help patients with daily living activities (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and eating

  • Collect samples for lab testing and perform basic lab procedures

  • Document patient care and report changes in condition to RNs or physicians

  • Provide emotional support and education to patients and families

  • Follow infection control and safety procedures

  • Ensure proper documentation in Electronic Health Records (EHRs)

Qualifications:
  • Current and active LPN license in [State]
