Walk-In Interviews: Monday – Friday | 9:30 AM – 2:30 PM

Some of your Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Job Responsibilities include:
  • Admissions,Discharge and Transfers of residents
  • Medicationrequisitions with pharmacy and physicians
  • Medicationadministration
  • Followinginfection control, emergencies, and other center policies
  • Collaboratingwith resident’s interdisciplinary team to provide the best outcomes
  • Identifyingand reporting all abnormal changes in residents’ condition to properpersonnel per center policy
  • Worksunder direct supervision in accordance with the state-specific NursePractice Act, facility Policies and Procedures, and nursing judgment.
  • Deliversnursing care to patients/residents requiring long-term or rehabilitativecare.
  • Collects patient/resident data, makes observations, and reports pertinentinformation related to the care of the patient/resident.
  • Accordingto state-specific regulations, implements the patient/resident plan ofcare and evaluates the patient/resident response.
  • Inaccordance with state-specific regulations, directs and supervises caregiven by other nursing personnel in selected situations.
  • Maintainsknowledge of necessary documentation requirements.
  • Maintainsknowledge of equipment set-up, maintenance and use, i.e., monitors,infusion devices, drain devices, etc.
  • Maintainsconfidentiality and patient/resident rights, regarding allpatient/resident/ personnel information.
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) QUALIFICATIONS:
  • LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) licensed by the State
  • CPR Certification required
  • Two Years prior nursing experience preferred
