  • Maintain familiarity with resident records and documents in resident records as required.

  • Evaluate health emergencies and determine emergency medical measures to be taken regarding resident care according to state regulations.

  • Assist with activities of daily living, environmental orientation, administration of medication, treatments and other care while encouraging self-care and independence, as permitted by state regulations.

  • Provide services as indicated on resident care plans.

  • Demonstrates knowledge of and follow infection control and safety procedures.

  • Attend facility in-services

  • Additional duties as assigned.
