Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Opportunity in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) on our team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.

About the Role

As an LPN, you will work under the supervision of a registered nurse or other licensed healthcare professionals to provide direct patient care, administer medications, and monitor patient conditions. You will also maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate LPN to join our team in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including vital sign checks, wound care, and administration of medications
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with healthcare teams
• Monitor patient conditions and report any changes or concerns to supervising RNs or physicians
