Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)

Location: New Mexico
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Summary

This Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) position is designed for clinicians who want a stable schedule and a clear clinical scope. You will deliver virtual counseling services, support client progress through structured treatment plans, and manage a consistent caseload without in-person office demands.

Responsibilities

  • Provide individual counseling sessions via telehealth
  • Develop, review, and update treatment plans
  • Document sessions in accordance with clinical standards
  • Maintain ethical and legal compliance
  • Participate in quality assurance and clinical reviews

Requirements

  • Active LPCC license in New Mexico
  • Master’s degree in Counseling or a related discipline
