Role Description This full-time, on-site LCSW or LPC role is based in Erie, PA and involves providing direct outpatient mental health services to a diverse client population. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting diagnostic assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and delivering evidence-based psychotherapy in individual, family, and group formats. The clinician will maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation, coordinate care with other providers and community resources, and participate in case consultations or team meetings as needed. Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related behavioral health field from an accredited institution.
  • Experience providing outpatient psychotherapy to diverse populations; prior work in private practice or community behavioral health is beneficial.
