The Center for Family Guidance is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our remote outpatient team. This LPC position operates primarily in a virtual setting, allowing for flexibility while maintaining a structured outpatient service. • Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to understand clients' presenting issues, goals, and treatment preferences.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based practices and align with each client’s unique needs.
• Facilitate therapeutic sessions utilizing various methodologies, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques, and interpersonal therapy.
• Provide psychoeducation to clients regarding treatment processes and adjust interventions based on ongoing assessments and feedback.
• Help clients develop adaptive coping strategies, enhance self-reflection capabilities, and foster healthy relationships.
• Monitor client progress towards treatment goals and maintain accurate documentation in compliance with organizational and legal standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams as needed, including psychiatrists and social workers, to enhance client care.

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• A valid and active license to practice as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Pennsylvania.

• Demonstrated ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with a diverse client population.
• Proficiency with virtual counseling platforms and electronic health record systems.

• Previous experience in outpatient counseling settings, particularly in a remote capacity.
• Familiarity with evidence-based approaches to treatment and ability to tailor interventions accordingly.
• Experience working with culturally diverse populations and addressing social determinants of health.
• Multilingual capabilities are advantageous, enabling broader client communication.

This role offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 90,000, plus a potential sign-on bonus. Additional benefits include:
