Location: Arkansas
Setting: Remote/Telehealth
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 to $120,000 a year
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Job Summary:
We are hiring a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to provide virtual counseling services to individuals who need consistent, high-quality mental health support. In this role, you will assess client needs, develop treatment plans, provide therapy through telehealth, maintain accurate documentation, and help clients work through emotional, behavioral, and mental health concerns.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual counseling sessions through a secure telehealth platform
  • Complete client assessments and gather relevant psychosocial history
  • Develop, implement, and update treatment plans based on clinical needs
  • Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
  • Monitor client progress and adjust interventions as appropriate
  • Respond to client concerns with sound clinical judgment and professionalism

Requirements

  • Active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license in Arkansas
  • Master’s degree in Counseling or a related field
  • At least 1 year of post-licensure clinical experience preferred
