Integro Wellness & Therapy is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our telehealth team in Bellevue, Washington. The role is designed for a fully remote work setting, allowing our counselors the flexibility to manage their schedules and caseloads from the comfort of their own homes. • Maintain a manageable caseload of clients, fostering positive and professional relationships while adhering to ethical practices and boundaries.
• Conduct regular individual therapy sessions to assess client progress, evaluate stability, and identify optimal times for discharge when appropriate.
• Develop and implement evidence-based, person-centered treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.
• Keep meticulous documentation and progress notes using electronic health record systems, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to establish treatment goals and initial plans, essential for client onboarding.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers to co-create effective treatment strategies and enhance holistic care.
• Engage in supervisory sessions to enhance clinical skills and promote professional growth.
• Adopt a growth mindset, embracing feedback and continuous learning as part of your professional development.

Our primary focus is on serving a diverse outpatient population. This includes individuals seeking therapy for various mental health issues ranging from anxiety and depression to family dynamics and trauma recovery. As a counselor, you will be directly impacting the lives of clients and their families, fostering resilience and promoting mental health wellness through individualized therapeutic approaches.

• A Master’s degree in mental health counseling is required.
• Must be currently licensed as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Washington State, holding an unrestricted, independent license.
• At least one year of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting is essential.

• Experience providing direct psychotherapy services to both individuals and families is highly desirable.
• Comfort and familiarity with technology and systems such as Excel, RMS, Outlook, and PIMSY for managing client information and documentation.
• Skills in performing intake assessments and developing treatment plans.

You can expect an annual salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 90,000, contingent on experience and qualifications. Our compensation structure operates on a Fee-for-Service model, with guaranteed rates that provide income security by ensuring payment is received ahead of client collections.
