Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a manageable caseload of clients, fostering positive and professional relationships while adhering to ethical practices and boundaries.
  • Conduct regular individual therapy sessions to assess client progress, evaluate stability, and identify optimal times for discharge when appropriate.
  • Develop and implement evidence-based, person-centered treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.
  • Keep meticulous documentation and progress notes using electronic health record systems, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
  • Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to establish treatment goals and initial plans, essential for client onboarding.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers to co-create effective treatment strategies and enhance holistic care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s degree in mental health counseling is required.
  • Must be currently licensed as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Washington State, holding an unrestricted, independent license.
  • At least one year of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting is essential.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience providing direct psychotherapy services to both individuals and families is highly desirable.
  • Comfort and familiarity with technology and systems such as Excel, RMS, Outlook, and PIMSY for managing client information and documentation.
