Work Environment

This position is primarily remote, allowing for optimal work-life balance while serving clients from the comfort of your home. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to create personalized therapy strategies tailored to the unique needs of each client.
  • Deliver evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including CBT, DBT, psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short therapy, to individuals, families, and groups.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring client confidentiality and data protection.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development opportunities, attending workshops and training sessions to stay current with advancements in mental health research.
  • Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to provide coordinated and comprehensive care for clients.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clinic serves a diverse patient population, focusing on individuals dealing with a range of mental health issues, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, substance misuse, and relationship issues. Counselors will have the opportunity to work with various demographic groups, emphasizing culturally competent care and client-centered approaches tailored to individual backgrounds and experiences.

Qualifications
  • Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Georgia.
  • A minimum of two years of counseling experience in a clinical setting.
  • Demonstrated understanding of legal and ethical standards relevant to mental health practice.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with a diverse range of clients.

Compensation and Benefits
