Job Summary:

A Licensed Social Worker/ Professional Counselor provides assistance to individuals needing social and human services providing services in the fields of medical, mental health and public health as well as case management. Coordinating all psychosocial community services under the general direction of the Clinical Psychologist/Psychiatrist. In accordance with policies procedures and protocols established by industry standards of practice and licensing and certificate and other regulatory agencies requirements. Responsible for implementing community educational programs assessing problems and determining appropriate types and methods of treatment and implementing intervention methodologies.

Education Requirement:

  1. Masters Degree in Social Work or Counseling.
  2. Experience with Alcohol/drug population.
  3. Familiarity with multicultural groups, and work setting. As well as the chronically mentally ill.
  4. License as Clinical Social Worker or LPC in state of employment.
