Job description

We are currently hiring for a full time Behavioral Health Clinician within the Primary Care Clinic department here at Aspen Valley Health.

Work Shift:

Rotating - Other

Compensation Range:

$35.69 - $57.10 Night and weekend shift differentials up to $10 per hour! Eligible new hires may qualify for a sign on bonus up to $10,000.

The compensation range listed is an estimate. Final compensation will be determined based on your qualifications including years of experience performing similar work, level of formal education in a relevant field of study, and any professional certifications related to the position.

Requirements:

Minimum Qualifications & Requirements

  • Master's degree in Counseling, or a substantially similar field of study.
  • Unrestricted license to practice as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the State of Colorado, or ability to obtain prior to start date OR
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the State of Colorado OR
  • Behavioral Health Licensed Professional
  • Basic Life Support (BLS). May be obtained upon hire.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
  • Crisis experience preferred.
  • At least 5 years of experience as a social worker/counselor in a healthcare setting preferred.

The Behavioral Health Licensed Professional operates as an independently licensed behavioral health clinician to provide psychosocial support including clinical assessment, counseling, case management and care transitions to patients of Aspen Valley Hospital's Primary Care Clinics.
