Position Overview

The King Rail Youth & Family Clinic is seeking dedicated Licensed Professional Counselors (LPC) to join our growing team. This position is available for both full-time and part-time candidates and offers the flexibility to work remotely within a structured outpatient office environment. Work Environment

This role is primarily remote, designed to provide flexibility for our LPCs while maximizing their effectiveness in patient care. You will be part of a supportive outpatient office environment that encourages teamwork, professional development, and a healthy work-life balance. Our clinic operates Monday through Friday, offering a structured work schedule without weekend obligations, allowing you to focus on your professional duties while having time for personal commitments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and establish individualized treatment plans based on client needs and evidence-based practices.
  • Deliver therapeutic services through various modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), tailoring approaches to meet the unique requirements of each client.
  • Engage in regular reviews of patient progress and modify treatment programs where necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals to provide holistic care, sharing insights and strategies that enhance the effectiveness of treatment.
  • Maintain meticulous clinical documentation in compliance with both ethical standards and legal requirements, ensuring that client records are up-to-date and accurately reflect care provided.
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions and workshops to remain informed on the latest mental health research and therapeutic practices.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

King Rail Youth & Family Clinic offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to USD 110,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
