The Conscious Psychotherapy Clinic is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Mental Health Counselor and Therapist. • Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to accurately evaluate the mental health needs of diverse patients, determining appropriate treatment plans based on individual circumstances.
• Provide short-term, evidence-based individual counseling and crisis intervention to patients navigating various mental health challenges, instilling hope and motivation for recovery.
• Facilitate therapeutic group sessions and workshops focused on essential topics, such as stress management, coping strategies, and personal development, empowering participants to share and learn from one another.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams within the hospital, including medical doctors, nursing staff, and case managers, to ensure a comprehensive treatment approach that addresses both physical and mental health needs.
• Engage in proactive outreach and preventive mental health initiatives, including wellness events and educational campaigns aimed at raising awareness about mental health issues.
• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of patient interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with organizational policies and standards.

• Previous experience in a hospital or clinical outpatient setting, providing therapy and mental health services.

• Background in crisis intervention techniques and brief therapy models.
