Since 2001, Spring Mountain has provided acute crisis stabilization and outpatient services to the Las Vegas community and beyond. We offer a caring and healthy environment, with 24-hour care that allows individuals to make positive changes in their lives. In addition to crisis stabilization for patients as young as age 5, we offer treatment and detox for co-occurring substance abuse issues in teens and adults. Spring Mountain has two locations to serve the diverse community of Las Vegas, Nevada.  With Spring Mountain Treatment Center and Spring Mountain Sahara, we have a wealth of resources to provide targeted care to children, adolescents and adults in the fabulous Las Vegas, Nevada Metropolitan area.

The Intensive Inpatient/Outpatient Program Therapist assists in the bio-psychosocial assessment, case management and treatment of patients under the supervision of the Director of Outpatient Services.  Primary responsibilities include the provision of a safe and therapeutic milieu, crisis intervention, activities of daily living and communication with referral sources and families, works closely with marketing and AR to communicate referral sources and hospital discharge planner. Therapist develops, organizes and implements clinical and program activities; directs the implementation and ensures compliance with JCAHO and other related agencies and standards which promote optimum health care delivery.  The Therapist is responsible for participating in performance improvement activities, addressing deficits, identifying new problem areas and developing plans of action.

Qualifications

Master’s Degree from an accredited college or university in social work, mental health counseling. Current license from the State of Nevada, LCSW or LPC required. Must have minimum of three years experience in a psychiatric setting.
