• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings of clients' mental health conditions to identify their unique needs, challenges, and goals.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that reflect evidence-based methodologies, ensuring progress towards recovery.
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other evidence-supported techniques.
• Collaborate with a diverse treatment team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers, to coordinate care and optimize the therapeutic process.
• Engage with clients' families, offering education and support to foster a comprehensive understanding of the therapeutic journey.
• Maintain accurate, confidential electronic records in compliance with healthcare regulations and ethical standards.

• A valid and current therapeutic license in Nevada, specifically as an LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or PsyD.
• A master’s or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
• Demonstrated proficiency and specialized training in mental health counseling, encompassing various therapeutic approaches.
• Knowledge of current evidence-based practices for treating a breadth of mental health disorders.
• Exceptional interpersonal and counseling skills, characterized by the ability to connect with clients and motivate them in their recovery journey.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, fostering effective collaboration with clinical staff and other healthcare professionals.

While not mandatory, preferred candidates may possess:

• Significant experience working with a range of mental health diagnoses, particularly in outpatient settings.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems to manage client information efficiently.
• Specialization in trauma-informed care or family therapy approaches.

• A competitive salary ranging between $80,000 and $104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and credentials.
