• Conduct detailed assessments and evaluations to develop tailored therapy plans that address individual client needs.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic approaches with clients, offering individual, group, family, and couples therapy sessions.
• Utilize various therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.
• Maintain accurate clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and integrity of client information.
• Collaborate with colleagues and other healthcare professionals to deliver integrated care, participating actively in team meetings and case consultations.
• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops and training to stay abreast of the latest research and methodologies in mental health care.

The LPC will work primarily with individuals, couples, and families facing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use. Our client demographic includes both adults and adolescents, many of whom come from underserved communities seeking mental health support that emphasizes whole-person care and healing.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Georgia.
• A minimum of two years of relevant counseling experience, particularly in a clinical setting.
• Strong knowledge of legal and ethical standards in counseling practice, ensuring best practices in client care.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and create a safe therapeutic environment for clients.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team, contributing to collaborative care efforts.
• Familiarity with EMR software and technology to facilitate effective documentation and patient management.

• Specialization or extensive experience in family therapy, couples counseling, substance use disorders, or trauma-informed care.
• Previous engagement in community outreach or mental health advocacy programs.

• Annual salary range between $70,000 and $100,000, commensurate with experience and caseload.
