• Conduct individualized assessments and create personalized therapy plans that cater to the unique needs of clients.
• Implement therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, and family groups, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT).
• Maintain compliance with all legal and ethical practices in the delivery of counseling services while ensuring accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychologists and social workers, to provide comprehensive and integrated client care.
• Engage in continuous professional development and training to remain informed about best practices and emerging trends in mental health care.
• Participate in regular supervision and case consultations to enhance clinical skills and ensure high-quality service delivery.

As a Remote LPC, you will work with a diverse range of clients dealing with varying mental health disorders, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use issues. • A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
