Telehealth Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LCSW, LPC)
Oklahoma Remote Full-Time
Salary: $115,000-$120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM
The Opportunity
We're looking for an Oklahoma-licensed LMFT, LCSW, or LPC to join our remote team. You'll provide individual therapy to adults through scheduled video appointments and manage your own client caseload.
This position is focused on direct clinical work. You'll have the independence to use your professional judgment while still having access to clinical consultation when needed.
What You'll Handle
  • Manage a regular schedule of virtual therapy appointments
  • Work with adults experiencing a range of mental health and personal concerns
  • Determine the appropriate focus and direction of treatment
  • Use therapeutic methods that fit your training and scope of practice
  • Revisit treatment goals as client needs change
  • Complete required clinical records and session documentation

Requirements
  • Active Oklahoma mental health license
  • Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field
  • Experience providing therapy in a clinical setting
  • Ability to build rapport and communicate effectively through telehealth
  • Strong organization skills and attention to documentation
