• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to identify clients' mental health needs and create effective treatment strategies.
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each client's unique goals, ensuring a personalized approach.
• Provide individual, couples, and group counseling sessions, utilizing appropriate therapeutic modalities and interventions.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic and integrated client care.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with all legal and ethical standards.
• Participate in continuous professional development through clinical supervision, training sessions, and workshops.

• A valid licensed professional counselor (LPC) credential in the state of Texas.
• A Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Demonstrated experience conducting individual and group therapy in a mental health setting.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic practices that can effectively address complex mental health challenges.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, allowing you to establish rapport and trust with clients.
• A strong commitment to ethical practices and the protection of client confidentiality.

• Experience working in a remote or telehealth environment, with an understanding of the unique challenges and rewards presented by virtual counseling.
• Ability to integrate the latest technologies and therapeutic tools into your practice to enhance client engagement and care.
• Prior experience with specific therapy modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), or trauma-focused therapy is advantageous.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $50,000 to $80,000 per year, commensurate with experience and credentials. A sign-on bonus is also available for qualifying candidates.
