Imperial Brady has a Showroom Sales Association position available in Birmingham AL! Join our strong and continuously evolving group, helping to continue to grow our business. Imperial Brady is a great place to take that next step if you are eager for your next opportunity.
The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
You will:
  • Handle high-volume calls and face-to-face walk-in customers
  • Interact with customers in a Point-of-Sale environment
  • Identify and evaluate customers' needs
  • Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive discussion
  • Manage complaints, provide proper solutions and options
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
  • Stock shelves and keep the showroom clean and presentable

You have:
  • High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) or equivalent
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds comfortably and unassisted
  • Retail and face-to-face customer service experience highly preferred
