Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
Location: New Jersey
Setting: Remote/Telehealth
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000-$120,000 a year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Licensed Professional Counselor to provide telehealth counseling for clients across New Jersey. In this position, your work will center on helping clients process challenges, improve daily functioning, and follow a clear path toward their treatment goals. You will manage a regular client caseload, provide virtual sessions, and keep clinical records organized and up to date.
Responsibilities:
  • Deliver individual counseling sessions through telehealth
  • Assess mental health concerns and recommend appropriate care plans
  • Create and maintain client treatment plans
  • Provide support for concerns such as anxiety, depression, stress, grief, trauma, and adjustment issues
  • Keep complete and accurate clinical documentation
  • Review progress with clients and update goals as needed

Requirements
  • Valid Licensed Professional Counselor license in New Jersey
  • Master's degree in Counseling or related behavioral health field
  • Clinical experience in outpatient, telehealth, private practice, or similar settings
  • Strong ability to build trust and communicate clearly with clients
  • Comfortable managing a full-time remote caseload
  • Familiarity with electronic records and virtual session platforms
