• Maintain a diverse caseload of clients, building trusting relationships while adhering to professional ethics and boundary standards.
• Conduct regular progress meetings with clients to evaluate their growth and stability, and prepare for sessions leading to potential discharge when appropriate.
• Develop, implement, and meticulously monitor personalized treatment plans that respect each client's unique circumstances and therapeutic goals.
• Document all client interactions comprehensively, ensuring that progress notes and treatment updates are kept up-to-date.
• Carry out intake assessments to accurately capture client histories and formulate effective therapeutic strategies.
• Hold individual therapy sessions weekly, providing tailored interventions aimed at facilitating progress.
• Engage in regular individualized supervision to enhance your clinical skills and professional growth.
• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare providers, reinforcing a multi-disciplinary approach to client care.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor with Griffin and Associates, you will engage with clients navigating life transitions, guidance for mental health challenges, and the pursuit of emotional well-being. Your role is pivotal in providing structured therapy that aligns with their unique needs and aspirations.

• A Master’s degree in mental health counseling or a related field is required.
• Must hold an unrestricted, independent, and active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential.
• A minimum of one year of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting is necessary.

• Proficiency in utilizing digital tools including Excel spreadsheets, RMS systems, Outlook, and Pimsy for case management.
• A proven track record in delivering psychotherapy services to individuals and families.
• Experience conducting intake assessments comfortably and confidently.

This position offers a competitive annual salary range of USD 75,000 to 90,000, alongside a fee-for-service compensation model that ensures guaranteed rates paid ahead of collections—eliminating wait times for reimbursements.
