Job description

We are looking for an energetic, people-first Lead Setter to represent Closet Factory inside Lowe's retail locations and through our mobile showroom. This is a high-visibility, field-based role where your personality and hustle directly drive business growth. If you love talking to people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and want to be rewarded for results, this is your role.
What You'll Do
  • Work inside assigned Lowe's store locations 3 days per week, weekends required, 9 am to 3pm, engaging shoppers and generating qualified leads for custom closet and storage solutions
  • Approach, greet, and educate potential customers on Closet Factory products and services
  • Qualify leads and schedule in-home design consultations for our sales team
  • Set up, break down, and maintain display materials and/and or mobile showroom (Some heavy lifting required)
  • Track daily lead activity and report results to management
  • Represent the Closet Factory brand with professionalism and enthusiasm at all times
Requirements
  • Outgoing, confident personality with strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable approaching and initiating conversations with strangers in a retail environment
  • Reliable transportation, travel between store locations is required
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. for setup and breakdown of display materials
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in the field
  • Previous experience in sales, lead generation, retail, or customer service preferred
  • Must be punctual and dependable; your presence in-store drives our pipeline
Schedule & Compensation
  • Part-time- 3 Days on site, with some weekends required.
  • Competitive hourly base pay + performance bonuses for qualified leads generated
  • Mileage reimbursement for travel over 20 miles from your location.
