If you like complex systems, thoughtful coordination, and seeing your work move from model to jobsite, you’ll fit in well here!

We’re looking for a Low Voltage Consultant who can own low voltage systems design, collaborate in a technology-driven BIM environment, and support projects through construction.

    • Security systems
    • Audio/visual systems
  • Develop coordinated documentation for new construction and renovations/remodel projects
  • Produce clear plans, risers/diagrams, details, schedules, and related design documentation in a Revit/BIM workflow

Project Management & Coordination

  • Support project management responsibilities including coordination, task planning, and communication with internal and external stakeholders
  • Coordinate low voltage systems design with architectural, structural, and MEP teams to support integrated building documentation

Construction Support

  • Support construction administration including submittal reviews, RFI responses, performing site visits, and writing field reports
  • Support coordination discussions with Owners, Contractors, Architects, and Code Authorities

What will make you successful

Required

  • Low voltage design experience with communications, security, and audio/visual systems
  • Strong working proficiency in Revit (low voltage design within a BIM workflow)
  • Ability to coordinate with Owners, Contractors, Architects, and Code Authorities and communicate requirements clearly
  • Knowledge of construction administration responsibilities including submittal review, RFI responses, site visits, and field reports

Preferred

  • RCDD certification
  • AutoCAD proficiency
  • Experience with new building and remodel construction design
  • Demonstrated project management experience supporting multi-discipline building projects
