Our client is an establishedย  builder-developer with an impressive pipeline of high-rise residential developments across the GTA. As they continue to expand their in-house Construction division, they are seeking a Senior Project Manager to play a key role in the successful delivery of multipleย  high-rise towers in master planned communities.
This is an opportunity to join a well-capitalized organization with a good development pipeline, where you will have direct involvement in the planning, execution, and delivery of landmark residential projects.The OpportunityReporting to the Vice President, Construction, you will be responsible for leading all aspects of project delivery from pre-construction through occupancy. Working closely with Project Coordinators, Site Superintendents, consultants, trade partners, and senior leadership, you will ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the execution and delivery of one or more high-rise residential construction projects.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, procurement strategies, budgets, forecasts, and risk management plans.
  • Oversee project financial performance, including cost control, forecasting, change management, and reporting.
  • Manage procurement activities, subcontractor tendering, contract awards, and trade partner relationships.
  • Provide leadership and direction to project teams, including Project Coordinators and Site Superintendents.
  • Coordinate architects, engineers, consultants, and subcontractors throughout the construction lifecycle.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement solutions to maintain schedule and budget objectives.
  • ย Ensure all work is completed in accordance with safety requirements, quality standards, contractual obligations, and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare and present project updates to senior leadership.
What We're Looking For
  • Demonstrated experience delivering multiple high-rise residential towers in the GTA.
  • Strong Construction Management background with expertise in scheduling, procurement, budgeting, contract administration, cost control, and trade management.
  • Experience managing projects valued at $100M+.
  • Extensive knowledge of cast-in-place concrete construction, building envelope systems, MEP coordination, and finishing stages.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
